Shipping & Returns Policy – Nicholas & Co
At Nicholas & Co, all of our products are handmade and personalised with care. Please read our shipping and returns information below before placing your order.
1. Production & Shipping Times
All products are made-to-order. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before shipping.
If you have discussed and purchased a rush order, please allow up to 3 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Within Australia: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (standard postage)
Within Australia: Typically 1-3 business days after dispatch (express postage)
International: Shipping times and rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note customs fees or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
2. Previews & Proofs
Event & Wedding Signage: You will receive a digital draft prior to production. You may request changes within 72 hours of receiving the draft. If no response is received, the proof will be considered approved.
Standard Products (e.g., first day boards, photo boards): A photo of the completed product will be sent prior to shipping.
3. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are personalised and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
Your item arrives damaged.
Your item is incorrect or not as ordered.
If you experience an issue with your order:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nicholasandco.com.au.
Include photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Order Changes
Requests for changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, production may have begun, and changes may no longer be possible.
5. International Customers
Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
