All products are handmade and personalised. Custom products cannot be returned for a change of mind.

1.4 Previews & Proofs
Event/Wedding signage: You will receive a digital draft for approval before production.
Standard products (e.g., first day boards, photo boards): You will receive a photo of the completed item before shipping.
1.5 Refunds & Complaints
Refunds are only offered for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
